Why I can't manifest what I want
In the last post I talked about values, pretty please read that one if you haven't, otherwise you'll be lost in this one. This is very linked to that one and basically a sequence.
So continuing with the values based thinking. Let's say (because examples are always be the best way to understand) that you have your top three values as: pleasure, safety and connection. And you want to manifest prosperity. You tried many ways and it didn't work, and we already looked into that in the values article, so we know why it doesn't work...Because you are going against your values.
Okay, so how could I manifest money having this values as the example above? You'll need to find a way to do it that is pleasurable to you, it's a safe way of doing it and it provides you connection to people, or spiritual. That would be the best way of going about it, or AT LEAST a way that does not CONTRADICT those values. So maybe it's not necessarily something that provides connection okay, but it's not something that TAKES AWAY or blocks connection. Makes sense? Because okay, you're not necessarily doing the value but as long as the value isn't being contradicted, you won't self sabotage, If it is, you will. Always.
But you understood that from the previous post. There's something else. Very crucial in manifestation and in life in general.
Let's say you want to manifest money. Ok, no probs. But your soul's desire, your unique life purpose (that is NEVER something you do not want, remember that, your purpose is something you LOVE, always) is to help animals, ok. Let's unravel this:
Our purpose is:
- Something I absolutely love
- Something that I know deep in my heart
- Something that I want
- Something that will fulfill me and bring me happiness
- Something I chose before even incarnating but I am fully aware of what it is now
- AN ENERGY, an archetype
Okay, that being said, let's understand: your purpose might be the energy of passion, ok? You came here with the desire to experience passion. Your life and programming were build with that in mind, ok. But you have the freedom to pursue that in ANY ways that you feel like. That means: through relationships, through sex, through art, through WHATEVER.
I wanted to put this out there just so you know that your purpose is an energy, not a specific thing. The specifics are flexible, you can change it and choose it as it fits you, as you feel like it. The energy is something strong inside you that you've always yearned for.
So you, for whatever reason, got the desire to have a lot of money. Which is fine. But you try to go about it in the way that other people go about it. Whichever that may be for you. But for some damn reason you can't.
You are being pulled by your soul.
What does that mean?
When your soul's purpose is something and you try to focus on something else, it pulls you. Because it wants you to stay on your path. Our soul is us, okay, I say 'it' but don't separate it from you, do not project the God programming of an old man who bosses you around, ok? No, our path is what we WANT. So technically WE pull ourselves back. Self sabotage to remain on the path, because deep down we KNOW that this isn't going to bring us happiness.
But you can have money and you will if it's relevant for you and if you stay on your path, because once we are on our path, everything flows perfectly.
Going back to that example. You want to have money and you keep focusing on it, but deep down you want to help animals (you decided that this was the specific way you would experience your purpose). What you need to do in this case is to help the goddamn animals. JUST DO IT. Honey...If you follow your desire, BELIEVE ME, things just manifest. They just flow. Whatever the heck you want will come to you in the best possible way.
What I'm trying to explain is: do NOT focus on something that isn't valuable to you. Yes, money is valuable for society. But if it's not to you (meaning, you WANT it and you NEED it *but* you yearn for something more) than focusing on it will not bring it to you. Because you will self sabotage.
Whenever I manifested big chunks of money or big opportunities in my life, guess what? I was minding my own business, doing what I loved.
Whenever I got stuck in the money mindset and tried to manifest it from that point of focus, it was always a drag. Always.
This doesn't mean money is wrong...AT ALL.
Let's use an example of someone who does have money as their number one value just so you can see how everyone is unique, nobody is wrong and nobody is better or should be judged.
Someone has the top value of money. Their second value is freedom. Okay. This person will struggle a lot to make money in something that doesn't bring them freedom. They probably will be able to do it (because money trumps freedom) but they will struggle A LOT.
And let's say this person's purpose in life is to experience abundance. They decided to do that through money.
This person can actually flow extremely well by focusing on abundance. Because they are not going against their soul's purpose. This is what fulfills them. Everyone can and should if they want to, have abundance, but the way of manifesting it is different (which is proven by the fact that not every technique works for every single person, as you and we all know it by now, otherwise, everyone would be very rich).
Self management. This person needs to work on something that brings them prosperity and freedom, and if they focus, they should focus on the actual money and the feeling of abundance. Which is why many people are so prosperous and some of us are confused "oh this person is this and that but they have money...why?". Because their purpose is to build that structure, to experience that and they know how to focus.
On the opposite end, let's use an example of someone who has a lot of duality and judgement on money. They think it's wrong. But they subconsciously desire it. They have the purpose of experiencing abundance, but they suppress it out of fear or judgement. So this person tries to focus on a simply, humble, home life. And they are always depressed, angry, frustrated or they fall ill.
They are going against their purpose, so even a humble life that they judge to be better and more wholesome than a rich life, is actually not fulfilling them. No matter how bad they try, they cannot feel happy or make it work.
These are just examples, just so you can understand this on a deeper level, but our purpose is something very personal, unique to us that will manifest itself in many different ways, ways that we desire, ways that make sense for us. This means abundance can be manifested through many things, wealth being just one of them. But you get the point.
You will subconsciously fulfill your purpose. I repeat: YOU WILL. But if you remain unconscious of it, you will do it in a negative, non beneficial way.
Because this is our soul's deepest desire. We yearn for it, we want it so, so bad. Because desire creates, which is why we were given a desire, so it would be so strong in us, that we would fulfill it. Without desire, nothing happens in life. Desire LITERALLY generates life.
So you will unconsciously try to manifest that in any ways that you can. The more unconscious you are, the more negative it will be.
Let's say someone has the desire to experience deep spiritual connection. But for whatever reason, they are extremely unaware of this. So, unconsciously, by tendency (based on our childhood programming) he starts using drugs. When he uses, he feels a spiritual connection.
He is fulfilling his desire, but in a way that won't be beneficial to him.
We will explore more on how to identify your purpose in case you are not sure or unconscious.
For now, I wanted to share with you how to understand your focus. Self management. If I desire something, first thing I need to do is realize 'do I actually want it or am I being influenced?' if not, okay, now the second step is: how can I go about it in a way that I do not self sabotage?
By values. Never try to manifest something in a way that clashes your highest values, you will not allow yourself. And always pay attention to where your focus is going. Do I want money but why isn't it manifesting? Because you are forcing yourself to focus too much on something that deep within you, isn't that valuable (on a soul level-not on a physical level, of course). So focus on what you truly desire and the money will flow.
We're talking about bigger, deeper desires, okay? Small things are very simple to manifest due to the fact that they lack significance so they hardly ever clash a value or a belief. Like manifesting a free coffee, why wouldn't you want it, why would that go against a value, etc. Although I know some of you have a hard time manifesting free things and since we're at it, let's talk briefly about it: beliefs and values. You most likely belief that free things are wrong, that you do not deserve free things, and you most likely have a high value of hard work. Simple as that, my loves. Just manage it, okay. If you cannot change the belief, simply manifest someone gifting you a coffee, because you did something for them or something along those lines, okay? Self management is hacking your own system to get what you want, instead of forcing things or always trying so damn hard. There's no need once you understand how you're wired.
Hope this was somewhat helpful, love you all unique souls so much, and always remember: be you, we need your uniqueness. Your deepest pain can be your greatest power once you learn how to manage it and turn it around.
