After a stage has been reached within your consciousness, it seems inevitable that regular life loses its common meaning. With this may come existencial dreads, or just a subtle but constant lingering feeling of "what's the point?".
Most people who have really understood the spiritual journey struggle with grounding themselves in the physical reality. Their minds are always wandering, their bodies might not function properly, and they find it difficult to take action on future goals.
Suddenly things that used to excite you don't anymore. It feels empty, or just, mundane.
It can be hard to move forward in the material plane when you know that this is all an illusion and that at any given moment this could dissolve.
And your physical energy levels are not the same anymore, your energy is concentrated on your upper centers so it's hard to direct it downwards, into matter.
I've never intended to be a motivational content creator, but rather a Truth exposer.
It is up to you to engage in the material plane or not. If you choose to do so, here are a few things that might help:
1. Find things that move you, movies, songs, nature, whatever it may be.
2. Look at life as the movie you are making for yourself to watch at some point.
3. Ground in the idea that your time here is limited and regret is the worst feeling. So go ahead and do what you want to do.
4. Don't believe everything you think.
5. Indulge your senses because if anything, physical reality blessed you with sensation, so might as well enjoy it.
