THE BODY AS AN ARMOR OR A VESSEL

Trauma, which is a byproduct of our own unique consciousness (and not an error, as we tend to think —more on that in the future), when poorly integrated, generates desires that are based in fear (and offshoots of fear such as anger).

For example, your life experience made you feel irrelevant and insignificant. By lack of consciousness, this can result in a image that calls attention (loud voice, strong facial elements, large figure, etc), because the trauma created a desire corrupted by the ego (believes is insignificant = desires attention to feel less insignificant).

Or if you received traumatic attention, this can create an image that is meant to disappear (shy and low voice tone, small figure, "plain" image), from the desire to protect oneself from attention.

Both are being shaped unconsciously and based in trauma, which can never create positive results in the long term, as it has its roots in fear.

When conscious and skilled, one can utilize the image as a projector for intentions.

A pure (not corrupted by the ego) intention shapes an image that is meant to attract what it desires, without creating internal imbalances (for example, one would like to have a more sexual image but at the same time is afraid of receiving sexual attention).

Face the parts of yourself that are generating fear-based desires and allow what you want to come from a place of truth, not deception and distortion. This way, your body and reality can be shaped in accordance to your true will and integrity. Beauty is Truth. 🌹
