The Muladhara center is our base for the physical reality, and needs to be in balance so that we can experience physical well being and strength (including natural beauty maintenance).
✴️ Proper digestion: the digestive process takes a lot of energy, which is why most people feel tired most of the time, even though they barely do anything. Digestion can kill your energy if you keep stuffing yourself constantly. Proper water and fiber intake + a strong metabolism is necessary in order to maintain a good digestion and not have your whole energy drained.
✴️ Mental space: anxious people tend to sleep a lot whenever they are able to and feel tired most of the time. This happens due to the insane amount of energy that your mind is draining out of you. Creating mental space through meditation practices is crucial to give your mind a break and feel more energized.
✴️ Contemplation quality: our aura takes on the shape of the things we contemplate the most often. If you consume and contemplate things that have poor quality (such as negative and heavy content) all the time, you will naturally feel depleted of energy.
✴️ Lack of boundaries and psychic protection: if you open yourself up to others without discernment (like tarot reading or any type of spiritual healing/consultation or just normal interactions), you will most likely end up dealing with people who lack Solar light and unconsciously drain yours out. Be mindful of how you connect with others. Daily spiritual cleansing methods should be done (such as banishing rituals).
✴️ Over dream stimulation: dreaming too much/overactive dreams will literally have you wake up from an eight hour cycle, feeling completely exhausted. Mantra recitation and/or pranayamas to calm the mind before bed are crucial for people with a hyperactive subconscious, otherwise you will never truly rest.
