FOOD AS A MAGICKAL TOOL

A true wizard sees magick everywhere and needs no fancy preparation or tools, except her own Will, to make outstanding rituals and spells.
Magick is simply the act of directing reality in accordance to your will, nothing more, nothing less. Just like my favourite story of all times, Harry P, often reminds us, the magick is within the wizard, not on the object, tool, etc. Which is why muggles cannot perform a spell by simply using a wand or even create a potion by using the perfect ingredients. The wizard is the one who carries the magick.
With that being said, I wanted to share simple but enchantingly fun ways in which I utilize magick in my everyday life, in this example, with food consumption.
In the "rational" realm this is explained by hypnotic triggers/anchors. We create them naturally and unconsciously all the time, it's the song you feel a specific way everytime you listen to it, it's that smell that takes you back to your childhood etc.
But we can do this consciously and use it to manifest and cause changes within ourselves (and naturally externally as well).
To create magick we need to direct the tools and the intention, which is why simply lighting up a candle and wishing for it to manifest your desires rarely work, since you have not stated what the hell is the function of that candle to begin with.
So with this fun example, I like to take something I'm consuming and infusing my intention into it and so when I consume it, I am consuming my desires. So for example, a beautiful red velvet cake can represent passion, drive and sexuality. As you so sinfully consume that decadent piece of art, you are actually infusing into your being: passion, drive and raw sexuality.
You simply take a few minutes or even seconds, to focus on the intention and as you consume it, really allow yourself to feel your intention.
Anything can be a piece of magick if one has the capacity to see through mere reality.
