EXTERNAL INFLUENCE

I laugh internally whenever someone dares to say that "bad vibes" don't affect them.
As if.
Only an individual *extremely* fortified within their own foundation + completely unified between conscious and unconscious would not get affected.
External influence happens →if any tiny portion of yourself is in division, it gets triggered by the external factor...Which is only ever present because you had an internal flaw to begin with, otherwise that external projection wouldn't even exist.
An internal flaw being division, as in, some type of illusion.
One basic example would be seeing some online blogger talking about how you need to work hard towards your goals → proceeding to laugh it off and rejecting their message completely because you do not "agree" → but then hearing subtle echoes in your head about this person possibly being right and you do need to work hard → then you start to get discouraged and move away from your goals unconsciously.
Or just your mom saying you look fat and you pretend that doesn't affect you but that only manifested in your reality because a part of you believes that to be true but isn't consciously dealing with it and so it is obligated to manifest itself externally.
Daily spiritual practices, if done properly, do increase your overall ability to perceive when external influence is being placed upon you, so that you can go back to sovereignty and properly filter the information, energies that you absorbed, etc.
If you live with other people, you should be fiercely doing protection practices, as it is quite obvious that after awhile of spending so much time in the same place with someone, your aura starts to merge with theirs and the most dominant person shapes the other one(s).
In my Goddess Temple 1 year course we go through all of that and specific practices. I have one spot open for now, dm if interested.
Make sure you are at the very least, utilizing some form of prayer or mantra on a daily basis to insure your aura is properly secured.
