A COMMON WEALTH BLOCK

Most people in the world are not millionaires, or even financially stable and free. That is probably the number one thing people desire and focus in life.
Which means is the thing that consumes most of their conscious awareness.
If they were to become millionaires all of that focus would have to change, since money would no longer be a problem.
Why celebrities and very wealthy people (not all of them, obviously) suffer so much from substance abuse and psychological issues? Why do they lose their minds seemingly more than the average person?
When the thing you believe is your most relevant problem and focus is "fixed", you're left with all the unresolved, darker aspects of your consciousness.
What is the purpose of your life once you achieve every external thing you want? "Now what?".
This is a scary and daunting contemplation. To feel like there's nothing more to life. Nothing left to do, to want, to manifest, to be excited about.
Why people who have a lot of fame seem dead? Their faces are expressionless (sure botox helps with that) and they seem to have a dry personality.
Because they focused so much on fame and wealth and external validation that once they reached a level of that, because they have not acquired anything internal, they feel empty and gone. Nothing is that interesting or fun anymore.
So they need drugs, alcohol, extreme partying, extreme dating, risky behavior to feel alive.
So the point is simple and direct: the reason you might be blocking your financial wealth, or whatever material thing you care the most, is because you might be trying to protect yourself from the eerie feeling of "now what?".
Are you keeping your desires away to distract yourself from other aspects of your consciousness that you don't want to deal with, and the desire takes up a lot of space so if you get rid of it, the other things will come to the surface?
I know I did that for a long time. Maybe you're doing that too...contemplate.
